The purchase of a package from the Digital Downline library and the Digital Downline membership fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. This is due to the fact that once a package and membership is purchased, it becomes immediately available for streaming or download. To preserve the integrity of the products and overall Digital Downline program offering, Digital Downline Affiliates and Digital Downline Inc. DO NOT offer a REFUND on any package purchased.
